To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RiverwalkMiles.run and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service.

You may request deletion of all your data at any time from the Settings page. This will permanently remove your account, activity history, and Strava OAuth tokens from our servers and revoke our access to your Strava account.

RiverwalkMiles.run is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strava, Inc. Strava is a registered trademark of Strava, Inc.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of this service shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
